Through simulation test for engine body, small curve surface is added to big curve surface of each cylinder skirt and thickness of botton plate is increased, which have greatly raised rigidity of engine body and reduced vibration, noises, so performance and liability of motor have been raised.
In line with suggestions of avl. Co.,spiral intake passage has been redesigned and direct-injection conbustion chamber has been adopted, which have reduced the lowest oil consumption ratio as displacement and starting performance.
Cooling system of motor has been improved. Water can enter fron two sides, so cylinder sleeves can be evenly cooled.
The adoption of self-clean wedge-shaped iron ring be coked.
Installing dimensions are similar to y480g diesel engine.
